Our story
The Outcomes ABA is Chennai's ABA therapy centre for children with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, developmental delays and special learning needs, offering ABA, speech therapy, occupational therapy, behavioural therapy, sensory integration, special education and school readiness programs across four centres.
Every plan is designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts and delivered by certified therapists, built around individual assessment rather than a fixed package.
Our impact so far
Since opening, our team has supported over 500 children across Chennai, with 7+ years of experience in autism therapy, 25+ certified therapists, and four centres across the city.

We exist to help every child adapt, grow and thrive through individualised, evidence-based support, combining clinical expertise with genuinely compassionate, family-centred care.
How we approach care
Every family starts with a consultation and assessment, not a fixed package. From there, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst designs an individualised plan, and our multidisciplinary team works from that same plan rather than running separate, disconnected sessions.
We believe progress should be visible to parents, not just to the clinical team. Families receive weekly updates, monthly progress reports and periodic comprehensive reviews, in plain language, not just clinical shorthand.

Bagyalakshmi founded The Outcomes ABA after moving from a corporate career into special education, starting out as a Learning Support Assistant before building a full clinical team focused on personalised, evidence-based intervention.

Our team
Each child works with a small, coordinated team rather than a single generalist:
- Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) design and supervise every ABA program and review progress against measurable goals.
- ABA therapists deliver day-to-day sessions under BCBA supervision, following the individualised plan.
- Speech-language pathologists assess and treat communication, language and, where needed, feeding difficulties.
- Occupational therapists address sensory processing, motor skills and daily-living independence.
- Special educators support academic skills and coordinate with schools on individualised learning plans.

- You will always be told what a goal is, why it was chosen, and how progress toward it is being measured.
